I realize the importance of proper planning. Therefore, I adhere to good principles of PLC(SDLC) for every project. Starting with initial project data gathering and a final check implemmentation ending. I also realise how important it is to choose the right model for the planning in order to guarantee maximum efficiency both in terms of financial or time.

                           

I am also familiar with the basic techniques of project evaluation and financial analysing tools as a support for decision making during he first stages of the projects.
